We are absolutely committed to serving our students. We've created the following policies to reach our goal of creating quality learning content offered at an affordable price; all in an effort to continue the growth in our community of CPAs who have chosen to learn with us.
Records Retention Policy:
All records of student participation and course materials will be retained for five-years. After a student’s subscription expires, the student can get copies of their participation records by requesting them by email or telephone.
Student records retained include records of participation, date enrolled, instructor name(s) and credentials, number of CPE credits earned, and the results of program evaluations.
Pilot test records are retained for five years and include when the pilot test was conducted, the intended participation population, how the sample was determined, names and profiles of sample participants, and a summary of participants actual completion time.
Refunds:
All of our CPE courses come with an unconditional 30 day refund guarantee. If at any time a participant is unsatisfied with our service, they may cancel and get a complete refund of their current monthly subscription fee.
Program Cancellation:
Students may cancel program participation at anytime without financial penalty.

Program Content Update Policy:
Our learning content is delivered to students through a monthly subscription plan. All learning modules are developed based on an annual editorial calendar so that no course material is dated more than one year. All courses are are revised as soon as possilbe following changes to relavent codes, laws, rulings, decisions, interpretations, etc. Any course that is republished is reviewed by our staff to ensure all technical updates have been made prior to advertising the program to prospective students.
Written Final Exam Grading Policy:
The final exam is comprised of 5 multiple choice questions for each CPE hour awarded. The exam is graded by our learning system and a student must answer 70% or more of the questions correctly to receive a passing score and a Certificate of Completion for CPE credit. To receive CPE credit, the final exam must be successfully completed within one year from the date of enrollment.
